All rates are per room based on double occupancy and taxes are not applicable.

A Debit, Amex, Master or Visa card number is required to make a reservation.

Cancellations may be made 7 days in advance at no charge. For cancellations made in less than 7 days you will be charged for one nights stay. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged at full room rate unless your room can be rebooked.
Accommodations
All rooms have been newly renovated and include ensuite or private bath, queen sized bed, fireplace, wireless internet, cable television, and elegant breakfast in our formal dining room. Our home is centrally air conditioned for your comfort. Our guests can also enjoy our parlor decorated with antiques or relax on our porch while listening to the sounds of the Niagara River Gorge. The Huntington Room:
This cozy room features a comfortable queen size bed, full private bath, fireplace, wireless internet, cable television, glider rocker and air conditioning. The Huntington Room is tastefully decorated in warm shades of lavender with country patchwork quilt and large windows.

The Lillianna Room:
This beautifully decorated room features a queen size bed and twin size day bed, ensuite with shower, fireplace, wireless internet, cable television, central air and ceiling fan. The rich rose color is warm and inviting to weary guests. Put your feet up and enjoy the glider rocking chair. The Lillianna is always bright and cheerful with 3 fabulous windows.

Feel the ocean breezes as you enjoy the decor of The Lighthouse Room. The rich blue colors make you feel like you have gone to heaven as you sink into bed for the evening. This room features a collection of lighthouses and art that make you smell the salt air.
